Because Every Story Deserves a Soundtrack

Have you ever listened to a song and suddenly felt like you were living inside a story?

The lyrics. The melody. The emotion. That one particular line that hits you so hard you have to listen to it again.

That's what music does for me.

Music has always been a huge part of my creative world. Sometimes a single song inspires an entire scene. Sometimes the lyrics perfectly capture what a character is feeling when they can't find the words themselves. And sometimes a melody brings an emotion to life in a way that even a thousand written words can't.

That's why I include a "Listen While You Read" page in my books.

I don't just want you to read my stories.

I want you to feel them.

When two characters share a moment they've been desperately waiting for, I want you to feel the butterflies.

When someone's heart breaks, I want you to feel the ache.

When danger is closing in, I want your pulse racing.

And when two people finally find their way to each other after everything they've been through, I want that moment to stay with you long after you've turned the final page.

Music helps bring those moments to life.

🎧 The Soundtrack Behind the Story

Every song I select has a purpose.

Some songs reflect the chemistry between my characters. Others capture their heartbreak, jealousy, obsession, longing, or the battles they're fighting.

Some represent an unforgettable scene, while others capture the entire feeling of the book.

And sometimes, a song simply reminds me of a character so strongly that I can't imagine their story without it.

That's also why I share why each song belongs in the story. I want to give you a little glimpse into what I was feeling, imagining, or creating when that song became part of the book's world.

When I write, I don't just see words on a page.

I see the characters. I hear their conversations. I picture the places they go, the way they look at each other, and the moments that change everything.

Sometimes it feels like I'm watching a movie unfold inside my head.

And every great movie has a soundtrack, right?

That's exactly how I think about my books.

The music is another layer of the experience, another way to step into the world I've created.

Of course, you don't have to listen to anything while you read. The story will always stand on its own.
